Counter Flashing / Cap Flashing (4″)

Counter Flashing is used to cover and protect the top edge of base flashing where a roof meets a wall, chimney, or vertical surface. It helps prevent water from getting behind wall and endwall flashing, creating a clean, finished transition.

This universal profile features a 4″ vertical face for reliable coverage, a hemmed lower edge for strength and safe handling, and a small return at the top for a clean seal or tuck-under installation. Suitable for a wide range of roofing and wall applications.

Common applications:

• Roof-to-wall transitions

• Chimneys and parapet walls

• Covering the top of endwall or sidewall flashing

Notes:

• May be surface-mounted or used as counter flashing over existing trim

• Masonry installations may require cutting into mortar joints (installer-dependent)
